One legal entity instead of a chain
The contract with the producer and the contract with the buyer are both closed by one Latvian SIA. No internal resales, no shadow intermediaries between the parties.
Company
One Latvian operator between Central Asian producers and buyers in the Baltics, Scandinavia, Poland and Germany.
Trade House ECLECTIE is a Latvian SIA established on 29 April 2025 in Mārupe near Riga. We run procurement and delivery between Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan on one side and buyers in the Baltics, Scandinavia, Poland and Germany on the other. The legal address is "Lielmaņi", Mārupes pag., Mārupes nov., LV-2167. Operations run in Riga: the warehouse on Uriekstes iela 4A in the Sarkandaugava district and the retail storefront in the Riga Central Market. Procurement, warehouse handling, document control, labelling and commercial communication with the buyer are gathered inside one legal entity. The Central Asian producer signs one contract with one accountable party; the EU buyer works with a counterparty carrying Latvian requisites and a clear operational track.

Quick answer
A Latvian trading house that combines procurement from five Central Asian countries and supply to EU buyers inside one legal and operational loop. We are not a marketplace and not a separate freight forwarder: inside a single Latvian SIA we run procurement, warehouse handling in Riga, documents and commercial support. Producer and buyer work with the same partner under the same rules.
Principles
The principles are not marketing copy: each one drives which deals we take, how we structure the delivery and how we respond to a question from a buyer or a supplier.
The contract with the producer and the contract with the buyer are both closed by one Latvian SIA. No internal resales, no shadow intermediaries between the parties.
Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan — the active procurement portfolio. The same standard applies across all directions.
Halal certification is delivered by a separate body — Halal Latvia (registration No. 40003917168, since 2009) — without combining the roles of seller and certifier.
Latvia provides EU jurisdiction, access to Riga Free Port and a predictable working environment under EU food, customs and sanitary law.
Every batch carries an identifier, accompanying documents and a description of the stages. Producer and buyer share the same delivery card.
Origin of the company
By the time of registration the team had been moving supplies from Central Asia into the EU through related ECLECTIE Group structures for several years. Latvia was chosen as the assembly point for three reasons: EU membership with a transparent enterprise register, the presence of a deep-water free port in Riga and an established practice of working with cargo from the Caspian region.
The legal address — "Lielmaņi", Mārupes pag., Mārupes nov., LV-2167 — is set in the Mārupe district as a convenient base for the financial and administrative functions next to RIX International Airport. From the outset, operations were tied to the Sarkandaugava industrial cluster in Riga, where the warehouse site on Uriekstes iela 4A is located.
The split between legal and operational location is deliberate: the administrative centre handles regulatory and financial tasks while the warehouse site handles physical goods and dispatch preparation.
What the company does every day
A typical cycle starts with a request from a buyer in the Baltics, Scandinavia, Poland or Germany: category, volume, target price, certification requirements and timing. We translate the request into a specification for a producer in one of the five Central Asian countries and align the commercial terms on both sides.
The batch then passes pre-export preparation (documents, labelling, EU compliance checks), travels to Riga via the Trans-Caspian corridor, by air on the Tashkent–RIX leg or by road, undergoes warehouse handling at Uriekstes 4A and ships to the buyer.
The financial and documentary sides close inside the Latvian loop: one invoice, one export-import document set, one accountable party for any claim.
Who benefits from the format
For a producer in Uzbekistan or Kyrgyzstan, the format removes the need to set up an EU representation, find a European lawyer and pick a warehouse contractor. One contract with the Latvian SIA covers entry into the market.
For a buyer in Germany or Sweden, the format removes the need to work with several forwarders and to verify a Central Asian supplier's registration at the same time. The contracting party is a Latvian legal entity; the documents follow EU logic.
It fits particularly buyers who operate at steady volumes and do not want to build a procurement infrastructure across five countries themselves.
FAQ
SIA "Trade House ECLECTIE" was registered on 29 April 2025 with registration number 40203644876. The legal address is "Lielmaņi", Mārupes pag., Mārupes nov., LV-2167. The operational warehouse is located in Riga at Uriekstes iela 4A.
Latvia provides EU jurisdiction, a transparent enterprise register and tax and currency predictability; Riga Free Port and RIX Airport have historically been tied to cargo from the Caspian region. It is a convenient combination of legal frame and physical infrastructure for trade between Central Asia and the EU.
The working portfolio covers five countries: Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. Procurement categories vary by country: dried apricots and raisins — mainly Surkhandarya, Khorezm and Sughd; plov rice — Khorezm and the Fergana Valley; craft — Rishtan, Margilan and Samarkand.
An intermediary resells the goods and extracts margin from both sides of the contract. A trading house is the single commercial and legal counterparty for producer and buyer at the same time, owns logistics and documents and is paid under a model agreed with both sides — not on a spread that neither side sees.
The core circle covers Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland and Germany. For each of these cities we maintain a dedicated page with local contacts and a category matrix; the regional focus is the Baltics, Scandinavia and the north-eastern part of the EU.
The legal name, registration number, legal and operational addresses are published in the site footer. Any change is reflected there within the same working day.
