Yes, you can enter the project as a trading zone operator without large investments. Work is carried out under an SLA agreement with fixed standards for quality, assortment and service. You receive a percentage of turnover, access to CRM system, staff training and ready infrastructure. Own investments are minimal - only inventory and possible display materials. This is the ideal format for experienced retailers or entrepreneurs ready to work according to our standards.
It depends on the scale of participation: • Zone operator: usually works independently or with 1-2 assistants • Space tenant: may require 2-4 people depending on the zone • Investors: team is recruited and trained by our specialists We provide complete staff training, ready instructions and ongoing support.
Marketing is conducted on three levels: • General node marketing: advertising, PR, events, social media • Zone marketing: promotions, tastings, seasonal offers • Partnership marketing: cross-sales between zones, loyalty programs All participants receive ready marketing materials and promotion support.
Scaling to a second node is possible after successful operation of the first one when meeting key indicators: revenue by sectors, profitability, inventory turnover and high customer service ratings. We provide a ready launch template for new location, help with site selection and adaptation to local features. With successful implementation of the first node standards, conditions for the second become more favorable.
There are several participation formats: investor (full project financing), operator (management without large investments), trading zone tenant (own business within the concept), supplier (direct supply contracts). Each format has its own entry conditions, profitability and responsibility level. We conduct interviews to determine the optimal participation format based on your capabilities and goals.
The project operates on modern IT platform: CRM for customer management, ERP for inventory and finance accounting, video analytics system for studying customer behavior, mobile app for customers with loyalty program, cold chain management system with temperature sensors, integration with popular payment systems and delivery services.
