The team is structured as four functions that work around a single delivery. The internal operating unit is responsible for the storage site of Uriekstes iela 4A in Sarkanadaugawa: reception, batch control, marking and preparation for shipment. Sales managers conduct daily communication with customers in the Baltics, Scandinavia, Poland and Germany and translate their requests into specifications for manufacturers. Independent partner Halal Latvia closes the halal certification under a separate contract, so that the valuation does not overlap with the commercial side of the transaction. The network of licensed lawyers in Latvia and the EU is connected to contracts, customs disputes and trademark protection. This separation of roles allows one trading house to be responsible for the entire delivery, without lumping different responsibilities into one function.
