The dough for chak-chak is kneaded on eggs and sour cream, cut into thin sticks or balls and roasted in a large amount of oil to a golden crust. Chuck-chuck - dessert "to talk": it is served at weddings, anniversaries and any family meetings, where guests sit for a long time for tea. One kilogram covers a company of 10-15 people; a family with guests usually takes 500 g.
It is convenient to store chak-chak in a sealed jar or container at room temperature: in the cold it becomes hard and loses its pleasant texture. In a sealed container, dessert calmly stands for 30 days, without changing the taste.
