Chuck-chuck is a golden sweetness made of roasted balls or dough bars glued together with hot sugar and honey syrup. Known both in Uzbek and Tatar traditions, it is one of the most frequent desserts on the Uzbek wedding table. The main thing in chak-chak is light air dough and hot honey: the syrup should brew and mold balls without turning them into caramel.

Technological tips
- Syrup is the most capricious part: digested will give fragile caramel, undercooked - a sticky mass.
- Dough pieces of 1.5 cm: more - will be hard, less - burnt.
- Work quickly after combining dough and syrup - it freezes quickly.
- Chuck-chuck can not be cut with a knife - this is a dessert "to talk", break with your hands.
